Position: Sales Manager
Mark has an extensive background in the butchering trade, from slaughterman to butcher, through to food service meat sales.
With an appreciation of the meat industry and a love of connecting people with new ideas and quality products, he joined Wide Open Agriculture in 2020 as Sales Manager for Dirty Clean Food.
In this role he is able to assist chefs in creating dishes with our premium products that not only taste great but are a better choice for the environment.
In his spare time Mark competes in triathlons and coaches his son’s basketball team.
