As a wadjela here in Boorloo, Richard acknowledges it is his privilege to live and work on Whadjuk Noongar boodja 

Richard has spent most of his career in the creative sector, beginning as a professional dancer with the Royal New Zealand Ballet, then working across performing arts community, education, and leadership in Australia and internationally. A common thread through his work has been a passion for nurturing people, a curiosity to challenge the status quo, and a desire to cultivate positive and engaging workplaces where people can thrive.

Joining the team in early 2022, Richard was drawn to WOA because of the company’s deep commitment to great and necessary change and an enthusiasm for doing things differently.
